stay encouraged. This is something I say often, not out of monotonous regularity, but out of love! As a reminder to those who have forgotten that they are no forgotten. It’s so easy to see our situations as unchanging and immovable but there is nothing too hard for God. He didn’t promise us a life without worry and without trials and without enemies (in fact, he gave us insight on our greatest enemy and all of his tactics). Yes you’re going to have some tears, yes you’re going to have some nights where you think you may not be able to go on but what he promised us was power over all of it. What he promised us was authority over situations and circumstances. What he promised us was a comforter to be with us in this world. Listen to me. Weeping may endure for a night, whether your night be six hours or six years, but ohhhhh when the sun rises…..Thank God.
Psalms 30:5 For his anger lasts only a moment,
but his favor lasts a lifetime;
weeping may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.
At least that’s what jay would say..
